Examples of Evaluation Rating in a sentence
Any increments of further salary adjustments not previously paid and owed to EMPLOYEES based on receipt of their Final Evaluation Rating (Instructional Practice Score and Student Growth Score) shall be paid subsequent to BOARD approval and the date on which EMPLOYEES receive their Final Evaluation Rating retroactive to the EMPLOYEE’S first contract day of that school year.
Any negotiated increments or salary adjustments shall be paid to EMPLOYEES with Instructional Practice Scores that earn them a Final Evaluation Rating of at least “Effective” as soon as practicable following BOARD approval of any such increments or adjustments retroactive to the EMPLOYEE’S first contract day of that school year.
Evaluation Rating – A teacher who was evaluated and received a rating of highly effective or effective for the prior school year and did not receive an evaluation with a rating of ineffective or improvement necessary.
The Superintendent shall be the final decision-making authority in determining the teacher’s Performance Evaluation Rating.
It is agreed and understood that the Union shall appoint two representatives to the Job Evaluation Rating Committee from the membership of the bargaining unit.
