Examples of Evaluation Period in a sentence

If an employee transfers and returns to his/her former position within the Evaluation Period, the employee may not transfer again for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of his/her return, unless otherwise approved by the Employer.

More Definitions of Evaluation Period

Evaluation Period has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking. Existing Capacity has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking. Expansion has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking.
