Evaluation Panel definition

Evaluation Panel means the group of individuals who will conduct the Health and Safety Threat Assessment where law enforcement is not involved and the initial course of action.
Evaluation Panel means the panel of jury appointed by TIL (Times Internet Limited) in its sole discretion, who shall have final authority to evaluate and/or assess the submissions/entries made under the Program. The decision of Evaluation Panel shall be final and binding on the Participant.
Evaluation Panel means the Procuring Officer and any other individuals designated by them to participate in evaluating Submissions. All such individuals must have the relevant skills and experience to make value judgements on the Submissions received.
