Evaluation Manual. The District’s instructional personnel evaluation manual, which describes the evaluation systems to be implemented attached as Appendix M. Teacher Evaluation Advisory Committee (TEAC): A committee consisting of 20 members (10 appointed by the Superintendent and 10 appointed by the PEA president). The district’s negotiator and PEA president serve as ex-officio members of the committee. The function of the committee is to serve as advisory in nature to the District and Association bargaining teams.
Evaluation Manual means the manual for appraisal of Subprojects, to be adopted by SIF pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.01 (c) of this Agreement;
Evaluation Manual. The district’s instructional personnel evaluation manual, which describes the evaluation systems to be implemented. Pursuant to Florida law, changes to the evaluation manual that constitute a change in a mandatory subject of bargaining must be collectively bargained unless otherwise waived. The Union does not waive any collective bargaining rights with respect to evaluation. Evaluator: School Principal/Supervisor, Assistant Principal, and/or Superintendent’s administrative designee trained and certified to conduct calibrated observations. Training and certification requirements are outlined in the Evaluation Manual. Instructional Personnel: For the purpose of this Article and the Evaluation Manual, Instructional Personnel shall include all employees covered by this agreement as defined in Article I.

  • Provider Manual means a working document, including but not limited to BCBSM published bulletins and provider notices, that provide specific guidelines and direction by which providers may meet their contractual responsibility as described in this Agreement.   • Evaluation Team means the team appointed by the City; “Information Meeting” has the meaning set out in section 2.2;

  • Diagnostic clinical procedures manual means a collection of written procedures that describes each method (and other instructions and precautions) by which the licensee performs diagnostic clinical procedures; where each diagnostic clinical procedure has been approved by the authorized user and includes the radiopharmaceutical, dosage, and route of administration.
