EUTELSAT Space Segment definition

EUTELSAT Space Segment means the space segment owned or leased by EUTELSAT for the purpose of the objectives listed under paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (e) of Article III of the Convention;
EUTELSAT Space Segment means the space segment owned or leased by EUTELSAT as defined in the Convention;
EUTELSAT Space Segment means in-orbit satellites and all other related infrastructure owned, leased or operated by or on behalf of Eutelsat to support the operation of the satellites;

  • The Board of Signatories shall have the responsibility for the design, development, construction, establishment, acquisition by purchase or lease, operation and maintenance of the EUTELSAT Space Segment and for any other activities which EUTELSAT is authorized to undertake.

  • Each Signatory shall have a financial interest in EUTELSAT in proportion to its investment share and this shall correspond to its percentage of all utilization of the EUTELSAT Space Segment by all Signatories as determined under the Operating Agreement.

  • For public or private telecommunications entities authorized to utilize the EUTELSAT Space Segment under Article 16 of the Operating Agreement for territories which are not under the jurisdiction of a Party, the Board of Signatories may determine rates of utilization charge different from those referred to in subparagraph i) above, but the same rate shall be applied to these entities for the same type of utilization.

  • All Parties shall, if necessary, take measures within their jurisdiction to prevent the use of earth stations in connection with the EUTELSAT Space Segment which do not comply with Article 15 of the Operating Agreement.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Supplier Operations means all assets, processes and systems (including information systems), data (including Customer data), personnel, and sites, used or processed by Supplier from time to time in the performance of this Agreement.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Satellite means any satellite owned by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries and any satellite purchased by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of a Satellite Purchase Agreement, whether such satellite is in the process of manufacture, has been delivered for launch or is in orbit (whether or not in operational service).

  • Spacecraft (9) means active and passive satellites and space probes.

  • Customer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Customer which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for provision of the Services (or any of them);

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • Host At Destination means the person with whom the Insured is sharing prearranged overnight accommodations in the host's home.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Signaling System 7 (SS7) means a signaling protocol used by the CCS Network.

  • Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.
