Examples of European Production Order in a sentence

  • If the issuing authority intends to uphold the European Production Order, it shall request a review by the competent court in its Member State.

  • The issuing authority shall review the European Production Order on the basis of the reasoned objection.

  • To this end, whenever the addressee considers that the European Production Order in the specific case would entail the violation of a legal obligation stemming from the law of a third country, it should inform the issuing authority by way of a reasoned objection, using the forms provided.
