European Business definition

European Business means the Parent Business conducted in Europe and Africa.
European Business means the distribution, marketing and sales of Products and Associated Services in the Territory.
European Business means the Business as conducted by Seller and its Affiliates as of the date hereof in Europe using the brand name “TSC”.

European Business means the business, properties, assets, liabilities (contingent or otherwise), results of operations or condition (financial or otherwise) of Sunterra Europe and the European Subsidiaries.
