  • At the latest within five Business Days after the Tender Offer Announcement, the Euronav Board shall file with the FSMA a draft Board Opinion unanimously recommending the Euronav Shareholders to accept the Tender Offer and in general recommending the Tender Offer to any relevant stakeholder.
