Eurodollar Reference Bank definition

Eurodollar Reference Bank means ABN AMRO, subject to the provisions of Section 3.06.
Eurodollar Reference Bank means the principal London office of each of The First National Bank of Chicago and Morgxx Xxxranty Trust Company of New York, or such other Eurodollar Reference Banks as may be appointed pursuant to Section 11.6.
Eurodollar Reference Bank means Fleet, subject to the provisions of Section 3.06.

  • Eurocurrency Rate Advance means a Revolving Credit Advance or a Term Loan Advance denominated in Dollars or in an Agreed Currency which bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(b) or a Local Currency Advance which bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(b) and the Local Currency Addendum.
