Eurodollar Interest Period definition

Eurodollar Interest Period or "Interest Period" shall mean, with respect to a Eurodollar Loan, a period of one, two, three or six months commencing on a Business Day selected by the Borrowers pursuant to this Agreement. Such Eurodollar Interest Period shall end on the day which corresponds numerically to such date one, two, three or six months thereafter, provided, however, that if there is no such numerically corresponding day in such next, second, third or sixth succeeding month, such Eurodollar Interest Period shall end on the last Business Day of such next, second, third or sixth succeeding month. If a Eurodollar Interest Period would otherwise end on a day which is not a Business Day, such Eurodollar Interest Period shall end on the next succeeding Business Day, provided, however, that if said next succeeding Business Day falls in a new calendar month, such Eurodollar Interest Period shall end on the immediately preceding Business Day.
Eurodollar Interest Period the period commencing on any Eurodollar Business Day selected by the Borrower in accordance with Section 2.3 or Section 3.3 and ending one, two, three or six months thereafter, as selected by the Borrower in accordance with either such Sections, subject to the following:
Eurodollar Interest Period means, for any Eurodollar-based Advance, an Interest Period of one, two or three months (or any shorter or longer periods agreed to in advance by the Borrower, the Agent and the Lenders) as selected by the Borrower, for such Eurodollar-based Advance pursuant to Section 2.3 or 4.4 hereof, as the case may be.

  • If no Eurodollar Interest Period with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing(s) is specified in any such Borrowing Request, then the Borrower shall be deemed to have selected a Eurodollar Interest Period of one (1) month's duration.

  • In the event no Notice of Conversion/Continuation is delivered as and when specified in this Section 5.1(c)(ii) with respect to outstanding Eurodollar Rate Loans, upon the expiration of the Eurodollar Interest Period applicable thereto, such Loans shall automatically be converted to a Base Rate Loan.

  • The Agent will notify each Lender of the interest rate and Eurodollar Interest Period applicable to each Eurodollar Advance promptly upon determination of such interest rate and will give each Lender prompt notice of each change in the Alternate Base Rate.
