Examples of Eurocurrency Liabilities in a sentence
For any day with respect to a Eurodollar Rate Loan, the maximum rate (expressed as a decimal) at which any lender subject thereto would be required to maintain reserves under Regulation D of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor or similar regulations relating to such reserve requirements) against "Eurocurrency Liabilities" (as that term is used in Regulation D), if such liabilities were outstanding.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous sentence, the Borrower shall not be obligated to pay to any Lender any additional interest in respect of Eurodollar Loans made by such Lender for any period commencing more than three months prior to the date on which such Lender notifies the Borrower by delivering a certificate from a financial officer of such Lender, that such Lender is required to maintain reserves with respect to Eurocurrency Liabilities.
