Euroclear System definition

Euroclear System means the clearance and settlement system for internationally traded securities operated by Euroclear, including all services offered by Euroclear in respect of securities held or recorded in any account as set forth in the Euroclear Terms and Conditions.

Euroclear System means the securities settlement system that has been operated by EB or its predecessor since 1968 and the assets, means, and rights related to such services. All services performed by EB that relate to securities settlement and custody are part of the Euroclear System. See Modification Application, Exhibit S-1 at 1.

Euroclear System means the Euroclear Clearance System, Societe Cooperative, a Belgian cooperative corporation, all operations of which are conducted by the Euroclear Operator.

• The provisions of the "Operating Procedures of the Euroclear System" and "Terms and Conditions Governing Use of Euroclear" and the "General Terms and Conditions of Cedel Bank" and "Customer Handbook" of Cedel Bank shall be applicable to transfers of beneficial interests in the Regulation S Temporary Global Note and the Regulation S Permanent Global Notes that are held by Participants through Euroclear or Cedel Bank.

• The provisions of the "Operating Procedures of the Euroclear System" and "Terms and Conditions Governing Use of Euroclear" and the "General Terms and Conditions of Clearstream" and "Customer Handbook" of Clearstream shall be applicable to transfers of beneficial interests in Global Notes that are held by Participants through Euroclear or Clearstream.

• The provisions of the "Operating Procedures of the Euroclear System" and "Terms and Conditions Governing Use of Euroclear" and the "General Terms and Conditions of Clearstream Banking" and "Customer Handbook" of Clearstream will be applicable to transfers of beneficial interests in the Regulation S Temporary Global Note and the Regulation S Permanent Global Note that are held by Participants through Euroclear or Clearstream.

More Definitions of Euroclear System

Euroclear System means the securities settlement system within the meaning of Art. 2 (1) of Regulation (EU) No. 909/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on improving securities settlement in the European Union and on central securities depositories operated by Euroclear in its capacity as central securities depository. This includes all services offered by Euroclear in respect of securities held or recorded in any account as set forth in the Euroclear Terms and Conditions.

Euroclear System means the clearing system for internationally traded securities operated under contract by Euroclear;

Euroclear System means the Euroclear Bank S.A./N.V., as operator of the Euroclear Clearance System.
