Euro Notes definition

Euro Notes means the Initial Euro Notes, the Exchange Euro Notes and the Additional Euro Notes, if any.
Euro Notes means the Company's 12-3/4% Senior Notes due 2010 denominated in Euro.
Euro Notes means the 3.625% Senior Notes due 2030 issued by the Company pursuant to that certain Indenture, dated as of the Issue Date, by and between the Company and the Trustee, in an initial aggregate principal amount of €1,100,000,000.

Examples of Euro Notes in a sentence

  • The Euro Notes shall be issued in fully registered, global form in minimum denominations of €100,000 and integral multiples of €1 in excess thereof.

  • PIK Euro Interest shall be paid by increasing the principal amount of the outstanding Euro Notes or by issuing Additional Euro Notes in a principal amount equal to such interest, rounded up to the nearest whole euro (or, if necessary, pursuant to the requirements of the Common Depositary or otherwise, by authenticating a new Global Note executed by the Issuers reflecting such increased principal amount).

  • The U.S. dollar, with respect to the Dollar Notes, and the euro, with respect to the Euro Notes, are the required currencies (each a “Required Currency”) of account and payment for all sums payable by the Issuer and the Guarantors under or in connection with the Dollar Notes and the Euro Notes, respectively, and the related Guarantees, including damages.
