Euro-Dollar Loan definition

Euro-Dollar Loan means a Committed Loan that bears interest at a Euro-Dollar Rate pursuant to the applicable Notice of Committed Borrowing or Notice of Interest Rate Election.
Euro-Dollar Loan means a Loan to be made by a Bank pursuant to Section 2.04 as a Euro-Dollar Loan in accordance with the applicable Notice of Borrowing.
Euro-Dollar Loan means a Committed Loan which bears interest at a Euro-Dollar Rate pursuant to the applicable Notice of Committed Borrowing or Notice of Interest Rate Election.

  • Except as otherwise provided herein, a Euro-Dollar Loan may be continued or converted only on the last day of an Interest Period for such Euro-Dollar Loan.

  • If such Bank shall determine that it may not lawfully continue to maintain and fund any of its outstanding Euro-Dollar Loans to maturity and shall so specify in such notice, the Borrower shall immediately prepay in full the then outstanding principal amount of each such Euro-Dollar Loan, together with accrued interest thereon.

  • Concurrently with prepaying such Euro-Dollar Loan, the Borrower shall borrow a Prime Rate Loan in an equal principal amount from the Bank, and the Bank shall make such a Prime Rate Loan.
