EU Licence definition

EU Licence means an authorisation granted by the Secretary of State (whether before or after commencement of this Order) under the Regulation;”.
EU Licence means an authorisation granted under Article 4 of the Burma Regulation;
EU Licence means a licence issued by an EU member state in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EC) no. 1008/2008 of the of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 September 2008 on common rules for the operation of air services in the Community (Recast).

Related to EU Licence

  • licence means a licence granted under this Act;

  • Supply Licence means the licence granted to us under section 6(1)(d) of the Act;

  • class licence means a licence granted to all members of a class of persons, being a class specified in the licence;

  • relevant licence means a production licence for petroleum in force under Part III of the Petroleum Act 1967 immediately before the commencement of this section.

  • Licences means conditional use of another party’s intellectual property rights.

  • Research License means a nontransferable, nonexclusive license to make and to use the Licensed Products or the Licensed Processes as defined by the Licensed Patent Rights for purposes of research and not for purposes of commercial manufacture or distribution or in lieu of purchase.

  • driving licence means the licence issued by a competent authority under Chapter II authorising the person specified therein to drive, otherwise than as a learner, a motor vehicle or a motor vehicle of any specified class or description;

  • Business License means a license issued by the Department to a medical marijuana dispensary, grower, processor, testing laboratory, or transporter.

  • Marketing Authorisation means any approval (including all applicable pricing and governmental reimbursement approvals) required from the FDA or relevant Competent Authority to market and sell a Product in a particular country.

  • Site License means for each product, the term “Site License” shall mean the license established upon acquisition of the applicable number of copies of such product and payment of the applicable license fees as set forth in the Statement of Work.

  • Licencee means any Person licensed under this By-law;
