ETS means Electronic Trading Services, which is the facility to enable Client to give electronic Instructions and to access the information via internet.

• The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Client shall be solely responsible for all Instructions entered through the ETS using the Access Codes and neither uSMART SG nor uSMART SG’s Representatives shall have any liability to the Client, or to any other person whose claim may arise through the Client, for any claims with respect to the handling, mishandling or loss of any Instruction.

• The Client shall be the only authorised user of the ETS for the Client’s Account.

• The Client acknowledges that uSMART SG only responds to electronic Instructions provided via the ETS and not otherwise.

• The Client agrees that should the Client experience any problems in reaching uSMART SG through the ETS or vice versa, the Client shall attempt to use an alternative method or device, as uSMART SG may make available, to communicate with uSMART SG to place the Client orders and to inform uSMART SG of the difficulty the Client may experience.
