Ethical Employment Reference Register definition

Ethical Employment Reference Register has the meaning given to that term in the Ethical Purchasing Policy. Ethical Employment Standard means, in the context of this Agreement, the requirement for the Service Provider to demonstrate, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Department, and in accordance with the requirements of the Ethical Purchasing Policy, that the Service Provider has, and will continue during the term of the Agreement, to meet its obligations to its employees under Applicable Industrial Instruments and Legislation.
