Estimated Working Capital Deficit definition

Estimated Working Capital Deficit means the amount, if any, by which the Target Working Capital exceeds the Estimated Working Capital.
Estimated Working Capital Deficit has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3(a).
Estimated Working Capital Deficit means the amount, if any, that the Estimated Closing Date Net Working Capital is less than the Target Net Working Capital.

More Definitions of Estimated Working Capital Deficit

Estimated Working Capital Deficit means the excess, if any, of (i) Target Working Capital, over (ii) the Estimated Working Capital.
