Estimated Possession Date definition

Estimated Possession Date means the estimated completion date of the Property being the date specified in paragraph 5 of the Schedule of Particulars;
Estimated Possession Date means the date as set out in clause 5 of the Schedule of Particulars;

  • Landlord shall endeavor to tender possession of the Demised Premises to Tenant on or before December 25, 1996 (the "Estimated Possession Date"), with the work required of Landlord ("Landlord's Work") as described in the Construction Exhibit Substantially Completed.

  • Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant if Landlord does not deliver possession of the Premises to Tenant on the Estimated Possession Date.

  • The estimated possession date is set forth in the Fundamental Lease Provisions (the "Estimated Possession Date").

  • In no event shall Landlord be liable to Tenant for any damages of any kind for failure to complete the Tenant's Improvements or to deliver the Premises to Tenant on the Estimated Possession Date.

  • If Landlord cannot deliver possession of the -------------- Premises on the Estimated Possession Date, as extended for Force Majeure Delay (defined in Exhibit C, Section 3), the Lease shall not be void or --------- voidable, nor shall Landlord be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom.

Related to Estimated Possession Date

  • Possession Date means the date of execution of this Agreement;

  • Date of Possession means the date on which the Allottee is handed over possession of the said Apartment;
