Estate Rules definition

Estate Rules means any rules and regulations as the Manager may make from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Deed for the proper or more efficient management of the Estate.
Estate Rules means the Rules laid down for the use, enjoyment and management of the Property.
Estate Rules. The rules governing the Estate as a whole and the Estate Common Areas and the Estate Common Facilities from time to time in force and made by the Manager pursuant to Clause 6.2.2 hereof.

  • All contractors are to abide by the Builder’s Code of Conduct, Architectural Guidelines, EMP and Estate Rules as amended from time to time.

Estate Rules means the Estate Rules prepared by the Seller for the Association, which may be varied from time to time by the Seller or the Association for the purpose of establishing a protected lifestyle in terms of which the Purchaser undertakes to comply with.
