Established Value definition

Established Value means the value as determined in accordance with Section 6.2.
Established Value means a per-Unit value established by the Board of Directors from time to time, which shall be based on (i) seventy-five percent (75%) of the fair market value for the Units, as determined by the Board of Directors using reasonable valuation methods; or (ii) the book value of the Units as shown on the Company's most recent audited financial statements, whichever is less.
Established Value has the meaning given to it in Section 7 hereof.

More Definitions of Established Value

Established Value means (a) in the case of an Eligible Construction Loan, the lower of cost or Appraised Value of the real property financed thereby, (b) in the case of Eligible Leased Real Estate, the lesser of the Appraised Value or the total cost (determined in accordance with GAAP) of such real property and (c) in the case of an Eligible Owner-Occupied Real Estate Loan, the Appraised Value of the real property securing such loan.
Established Value shall be the applicable percentage of the value of Marvel Software, such value to be determined by an appraisal performed by an appraiser mutually agreed to by the Executive and the Company. If the Executive and the Company fail to agree on an appraiser, then the Executive and the Company each shall select an appraiser and such two appraisers shall select a third appraiser. The appraisal which results in neither the highest nor lowest value shall be deemed to be the Established Value.   • Good Value means that the Benchmarked Rates are within the Upper Quartile;

  • Portfolio Value means the aggregate amount of portfolio of investments including cash balance without netting off of leverage undertaken by the CDMDF.

  • Appraised Value The value set forth in an appraisal made in connection with the origination of the related Mortgage Loan as the value of the Mortgaged Property.

  • Aggregate Value means, with respect to any block of Equity Stock, the sum of the products of (i) the number of shares of each class of Equity Stock within such block multiplied by (ii) the corresponding Market Price of one share of Equity Stock of such class.
