Essential Norms definition

Essential Norms means the Essential Norms for Diocesan Policies Dealing with Allegations of Sexual Abuse of Minors by Priests or Deacons.
Essential Norms means the norms for dealing with allegations of sexual abuse of minors by diocesan and religious priests or deacons, which are complementary to the universal law of the Church and must be interpreted in accordance with Church law.
