ESG program definition

ESG program or “ESGP” means the Emergency Shelter Grants Program created pursuant to Title 42 of the U.S. Code (42 U.S.C. Section 11375) as well as parts of Title 24 of the Code of Federal Regulations (24 CFR Part 576).

  • The Subrecipient agrees to comply with the requirements of Title 24 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 576 of the Housing and Urban Development regulations concerning the ESG Program and all federal regulations and policies issued pursuant to these regulations.

  • Harbor House agrees to comply with all applicable provisions and regulations of the ESG Program contained in 24 CFR Part 576 and other HUD regulations, as amended from time to time, whether set forth herein or not and any amendments or policy revisions thereto which shall become effective during the term of this Agreement.

  • Alternative program means a non-disciplinary monitoring or practice remediation process approved by a physical therapy licensing board. This includes, but is not limited to, substance abuse issues.

  • Alternative education program means a school or separate class group designed to best serve students’ educational needs and interests and assist students in achieving the academic standards of the district and the state.

  • Application Program means a computer program which is intended to be executed for the purpose of performing useful work for the user of the information being processed. Application programs are developed or otherwise acquired by the user of the Hardware/Software system, but they may be supplied by the Contractor.

  • Number of Students Who Began Program means the number of students who began the program who are scheduled to complete the program within the reporting calendar year.

  • Apprenticeship program means a program registered with the U.S. Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training which contains the terms and conditions for the qualification, recruitment, selection, employment and training of apprentices, including the requirement for a written apprenticeship agreement.
