Escrowed Documents definition

Escrowed Documents means the Acknowledgement and Direction executed by the Purchaser, and the draft Transfer for the re-transfer of the Property in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale between the Vendor and the Purchaser dated the day of , 2021.
