Escrow Reserve definition

Escrow Reserve means the amount of Eligible Accounts withheld by Lender on which disbursements of the Loan are based equal to one (1) minus the Advance Rate multiplied by the face amount of the Eligible Accounts.
Escrow Reserve means, together, the PWC Escrow Reserve and the Tax and Insurance Escrow Reserve.
Escrow Reserve means the value of any cash and other assets standing to the credit of the Escrow Account at any time such value calculations being subject to the provisions of clause 14.4;

More Definitions of Escrow Reserve

Escrow Reserve means a reserve in an amount that the Company determines from time to time to be appropriate, but in no event shall the amount be less than Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) in the aggregate, which is established by depositing assets or bank letters of credit in escrow or reserving lines of credit that may be drawn down by an escrow agent.
