Escrow Property definition

Escrow Property has the meaning set forth in the Escrow Agreement.
Escrow Property means the Escrow Funds and the Certificates delivered to the Escrow Agent as contemplated by Section 1(c) hereof.
Escrow Property is defined in Section 4.1(b).

  • The Escrow Agent shall have no liability to the Parties, their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns, or any other party, should any or all of the Escrow Property escheat by operation of law.

Escrow Property means, at any given time, the securities and other property held by the Escrow Agent in the Escrow Account in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Escrow Agreement, including the Escrow Shares and any dividends or distributions paid or payable on the Escrow Shares, giving effect to any disbursements or payments from the Escrow Account.
