Escrow Opening Date means the date Escrow Holder receives one or more executed counterparts of this Agreement executed by Buyer and Seller; provided that the Escrow Opening Date shall not be later than two (2) business days after this Agreement has been executed by both Buyer and Seller. Escrow Holder shall promptly notify Buyer and Seller of the Escrow Opening Date.
Escrow Opening Date means the date on which Escrow Agent signs Escrow Agent’s Consent, as provided in Section 5.1.

  • Opening Date means the day on which we first authorize the opening of the facilities, Guest Rooms or services of the Hotel to the general public under the Brand.
