Escrow Agents definition

Escrow Agents means the Purchaser’s Solicitors and the Seller’s Solicitors;

Escrow Agents means the Existing Escrow Agents, the Canadian Escrow Agent, the EMEA Euro Escrow Agent and the EMEA Sterling Escrow Agent, as applicable.

Escrow Agents means Lead Counsel or their successor(s).
