Escrow Advance definition

Escrow Advance means any advance made to pay taxes or insurance premiums or any other cost or expense that, but for a shortfall in the Borrower’s Escrow Account, is payable using funds in the Borrower’s Escrow Account.
Escrow Advance. An advance made by the Servicer (including any predecessor servicer) with respect to a Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Servicer’s obligation to do so under a Designated Servicing Agreement, of real estate taxes and assessments, or of hazard, flood or primary mortgage insurance premiums, required to be paid (but not otherwise paid) by the related Obligor under the terms of the related Mortgage Loan.

More Definitions of Escrow Advance

Escrow Advance means any “Escrow Advances” (as defined in the applicable Subject Servicing Agreement or any other similar term therein) or, to the extent not so defined therein, advances in respect of real estate taxes and assessments or of hazard, flood or primary mortgage insurance premiums, required to be paid (but not otherwise paid) by or on behalf of the related Mortgagor under the terms of the related Mortgage Loan for which Servicer has a right of reimbursement under the applicable Subject Servicing Agreement.
