ERISA Legend definition

ERISA Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.06(g)(v), which is required to be placed on all Notes issued under this Indenture.

ERISA Legend. Has the meaning specified in Section 3.12.

ERISA Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.6(f)(3), which is required to be placed on all Notes issued under this Indenture.

More Definitions of ERISA Legend

ERISA Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.06(f)(iv) to be placed on all Notes issued under this Indenture.

ERISA Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.06(f)(iii) hereof to be placed on all Notes issued under this Indenture except where otherwise permitted by the provisions of this Indenture.

ERISA Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.6(f)(3), which is required to be placed on all Notes issued under this Indenture. “Euroclear” means Euroclear Bank S.A./N.V., or any successor securities clearance agency.

ERISA Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.06(g)(iv), which is required to be placed on all Notes issued under this Indenture. “Euroclear” means Euroclear Bank S.A./N.V., as operator of the Euroclear system, and its successors.

ERISA Legend means a legend substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit B-4.
