Examples of ERISA Event in a sentence
The occurrence of any of the following events or conditions (i) an ERISA Event or (ii) the Borrower or any ERISA Affiliate fails to make full payment when due of all amounts which, under the provisions of any Single Employer Plan or Sections 412 or 430 of the Code, the Borrower or any ERISA Affiliate is required to pay as contributions thereto and which are in excess of the Threshold Amount.
An ERISA Event shall have occurred that when taken together with all other ERISA Events that have occurred, would reasonably be expected to result in liability of Holdings and its Subsidiaries in an aggregate amount in excess of $10,000,000 (or the Equivalent Amount in other currencies).
No ERISA Event has occurred or is reasonably expected to occur that, when taken together with all other such ERISA Events for which liability is reasonably expected to occur, would be materially likely to have a Material Adverse Effect.
