ERISA Benefit Plan definition

ERISA Benefit Plan means a Benefit Plan that is also an “employee pension benefit plan” (as defined in Section 3(2) of ERISA) or that is also an “employee welfare benefit plan” (as defined in Section 3(1) of ERISA).
ERISA Benefit Plan means any "employee benefit plan" as defined in Section 3(3) of ERISA, excluding any Multiemployer Plan.
ERISA Benefit Plan refers to plans or arrangements under clause (i) above and "Benefit Plan" refers to plans or arrangements under clauses (i) and (ii) above.)
