Equity Unit definition

Equity Unit shall have the meaning set forth in the Underwriting Agreement.
Equity Unit means a limited partnership interest in the Partnership representing a fractional part of all the limited partner interests in the Partnership, other than a Preferred Unit;
Equity Unit means the right to receive appreciation in value of Common Stock pursuant to Section 2.4 of this Plan.
