Equity Issuances definition

Equity Issuances means, in respect of any Person, the issuance or sale of Equity Interests of such Person other than any such issuance to directors, officers or employees pursuant to employee benefit plans in the ordinary course of business (including by way of exercise of stock options).
Equity Issuances means all common and preferred equity issuances.
Equity Issuances has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.13(j).

Equity Issuances means, collectively, (i) the issuance of the Restricted Shares and (ii) the Preferred Stock Issuance.

Equity Issuances means any issuance by Borrower to any Person ---------------- which is not a Credit Party of (a) shares of its Capital Stock, (b) any shares of its Capital Stock pursuant to the exercise of options or warrants or (c) any shares of its Capital Stock pursuant to the conversion of any debt securities to equity.
