Examples of Equity Exchange Ratio in a sentence
Each Assumed Restricted Stock Award shall be converted into a restricted unit award representing a contractual right upon vesting to receive a number of Common Units equal to the product obtained by multiplying (x) the number of Shares subject to such Assumed Restricted Stock Award immediately prior to the Effective Time by (y) the Equity Exchange Ratio, rounded up or down to the nearest whole Common Unit.
The number of shares of Parent Common Stock subject to each such Parent RSU shall be equal to the product (rounded to the nearest whole number) of (x) the number of shares of Company Common Stock subject to such Company RSU immediately prior to the Effective Time multiplied by (y) the Equity Exchange Ratio.
