Equity Balance definition

Equity Balance means an amount equal to the sum of (a) the aggregate -------------- amount of the Certificate A, inclusive of principal and accrued interest thereon in accordance with Schedule II to the Lease, (b) $693,750.00, (c) all due and unpaid FBTC Basic Rent, Lessor Basic Rent and Supplemental Rent to which the Lessor is entitled and (d) all accrued interest on the Pledged Securities that has not been paid to the Lessor pursuant to the Securities Pledge Agreement.
Equity Balance has the meaning given to such term in Section 2.01.17 of this Agreement.
Equity Balance means for the Property, with respect to all of the Certificate Holders as of any date of determination, the aggregate Equity Balances for all Certificate Holders relating to all Sites.
