Except for the foregoing accelerated vesting and extended exercise benefits, all existing terms and conditions applicable to the Equity Awards shall remain in full force and effect.
For the avoidance of doubt, the vesting of Executive’s performance-based Equity Awards that were granted under the Company’s Long-Term Performance Share Award Agreement will continue to be governed under the terms of such document.
