Equipment Warranties definition

Equipment Warranties means the product warranty from any Supplier for the Equipment incorporated into the Project.
Equipment Warranties has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(1)(o).
Equipment Warranties means any and all agreements of manufacturers, assemblers, overhaulers, refurbishers, sellers or any other Person, whether provided in connection with the purchase of equipment or entered into independently of such purchase, under which such Person agrees to repair, maintain or furnish parts or supplies with respect to any Materials and Equipment, other than any Excluded Assets.

  • At the end of the Warranty Period, Contractor will assign to Owner its rights under any and all such Subcontractor warranties that continue past the end of the Warranty Period, including the Major Equipment Warranties.

  • Contractor shall assign all remaining Equipment Warranties to the Owner upon expiration of the Warranty Period.

  • Contractor shall at all times perform the Work in a manner consistent with all such Equipment Warranties and will not perform any actions that may violate such warranties.

More Definitions of Equipment Warranties

Equipment Warranties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.8.
Equipment Warranties means, with respect to a piece of Equipment, all warranties applicable to the manufacture of such Equipment, including and limited to those set out in Schedule E.
Equipment Warranties means all warranty rights and associated claims of the Seller with respect to all manufacturers' warranties covering the Equipment from and after the Closing.
