At the end of the Warranty Period, Contractor will assign to Owner its rights under any and all such Subcontractor warranties that continue past the end of the Warranty Period, including the Major Equipment Warranties.
Contractor shall assign all remaining Equipment Warranties to the Owner upon expiration of the Warranty Period.
