Equipment Supplier definition

Equipment Supplier is defined in the Recitals.

Equipment Supplier means a person, firm or corporation who proposes to submit, or who has submitted a quotation for the supply of the equipment referred to herein.

Equipment Supplier means any person providing telephone or other equipment necessary for an emergency telephone service to any public agency or governing body in this state, through lease or sale.
