Equipment Room definition

Equipment Room means a space intended for the operation of pool pumps, filters, heaters and controllers.

Equipment Room the area containing the Main Distribution Frame for the Building. "Event of Default": defined in Section 17.

• The Licensee shall be fully responsible for the acts or omissions of its employees or other authorized persons invited on its behalf to enter the Communication Spaces, Equipment Room, or other areas in the Building.

• The Licensee shall use the Building, Communications Spaces, Deemed Area and the Equipment Room in the Building solely for the purpose of providing Services to the tenants or occupants situated in the Building.

• This Agreement creates a non-exclusive license only and the Licensee acknowledges that the Licensee does not and shall not claim any interest or estate of any kind or extent whatsoever in the Building, Communications Spaces, or Equipment Room by virtue of this Agreement or the Licensee’s use of the Building, Communications Spaces or Equipment Room.

Equipment Room means the enclosed premises located on the 1st floor of the Building and shown on the floor plan attached to this Agreement as Schedule A, comprising approximately 48 square feet of wall space, which premises shall be provided by the Owner to the Licensee for the use of the Licensee.
