Equipment Component definition

Equipment Component has the meaning assigned to that term in the Disbursement Agreement.
Equipment Component means the equipment, fixtures and other items described in Exhibit T-3 to the Funding Agents' Disbursement and Administration Agreement.
Equipment Component means the equipment, fixtures and other items described in Exhibit N-10 to the Credit Agreement.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.
