Equipment and Supplies definition

Equipment and Supplies means the Standard Equipment and Supplies, the CCAC Equipment and Supplies and, if applicable, the Equipment and Supplies provided by the CCAC pursuant to SS Section 4.1(2);

Equipment and Supplies means all FF&E, Soft Goods, Case Goods, Technology, and all operating supplies and inventory used or stored for use in the operation of the Licensed Business, including food and beverages, china, glassware, silverware, cleaning supplies, linen, guest room supplies, retail merchandise and other consumable and expendable items.

• In acknowledging that Troon is acquiring no rights whatsoever in the Golf Resort (including any trade names, trademarks, logos, emblems, and similar identifying materials) or the Equipment and Supplies, Troon further agrees that it will not assert, in any legal action or otherwise, any right or interest in the Golf Resort, or any portion thereof.

• Troon acknowledges that it is acquiring no rights whatsoever in the Golf Resort, or any portion thereof (including the Golf Courses and any trade names, trademarks, logos, emblems, and similar identifying materials of either the City or the Golf Resort) or the Equipment and Supplies, except a nonexclusive and revocable license, during the Term, to enter upon the Golf Resort and use the Equipment and Supplies if, and to the extent reasonably necessary, to carry out its obligations under this Agreement.

• This addendum covers the Audio Video Equipment and Supplies contract led by the State of Alaska for use by state agencies and other entities located in the Participating State Idaho authorized by that State’s statutes to utilize State contracts with the prior approval of the State’s Chief Procurement Official.

• This Master Agreement number XX0000000 for Laboratory Equipment and Supplies, Band 2 Microscopes (“the Master Agreement”) is awarded in collaboration with NASPO ValuePoint by and through the Department of Administration, Division of Purchasing pursuant to state of Idaho solicitation number RFP20232032 (“the Solicitation”).

Equipment and Supplies is defined in SS Section 1.1; “Estimated Volume Award” is defined in GC Section 3.1.4(1);

Equipment and Supplies means all equipment and supplies used or useful in the F/B Operations, including, without limitation, the equipment described in Section 3.1 below.

Equipment and Supplies means all equipment and supplies used or useful at the Golf Facility, to be purchased and/or provided by Birdies, including, without limitation, the Pro Shop Inventory, golf course maintenance vehicles and equipment, rental golf clubs and bags, green flags, yardage markers, tee markers, flags, kitchen and restaurant equipment, appliances and supplies, janitorial equipment and supplies, office supplies, and all furniture, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, and supplies used in accordance with this Agreement; provided, however, that the range hoods in the kitchen have been purchased and installed by the City and ownership of said hoods will remain with the City at all times during and after the term of this Agreement.

Equipment and Supplies means all equipment and supplies used or useful at the Golf Facility, to be purchased and/or provided by the Operator, including, without limitation, the Pro Shop Inventory, golf course maintenance vehicles and equipment, rental golf clubs and bags, greens flags, yardage markers, tee markers, flags, appliances and supplies, janitorial equipment and supplies, office supplies, and all equipment and supplies used in accordance with this Agreement.

Equipment and Supplies means any fixture, furniture, mechanical or electrical apparatus, or component thereof. The term shall include permanently installed fixtures as well as portable items.‌
