Equipment and fixtures means property fixed or movable

Equipment and fixtures means, to the extent used or usable in the Business, (i) cash registers and related equipment and software and licenses pertaining thereto, credit card processing equipment, all point of sale, ticketing, telephone and security systems and equipment, furniture, furnishings, fixtures, trade fixtures and improvements and all signage located at or affixed to, the Stores or Distribution Center,

Equipment and fixtures. All equipment, as such term is defined in the UCC, now owned or hereafter acquired by such Borrower and all fixtures of every type and description now owned or hereafter acquired by such Borrower, including (without limitation) all present and future machinery, vehicles, furniture, fixtures, manufacturing equipment, shop equipment, office and recordkeeping equipment, parts, tools, supplies and all other goods (except inventory) used or bought for use by such Borrower for any business or enterprise; including (without limitation) all goods that are or may be attached or affixed or otherwise become fixtures upon any real property; and including specifically (without limitation) the goods described in any equipment schedule or list herewith or hereafter furnished to Lender by such Borrower, all accessions attachments, parts and repairs now or hereafter attached or affixed or used in connection with equipment, all substitutions and replacements thereof, and all like or similar property now owned or hereafter acquired by such Borrower. (No such schedule or list need be furnished in order for the security interest granted herein to be valid as to all of such Borrower's equipment.)

Equipment and fixtures means all Business, office and warehouse equipment, furniture and fixtures together with all other tangible property and assets of Seller or the Business, except for Cylinders and Tanks, Vehicles and Inventory.

Equipment and fixtures mean fixed assets of Borrower, including but not limited to the equipment and Software described on Exhibit A hereto, and all equipment, machinery, improvements, office furniture, office equipment, and fixtures and any products thereof, improvements, additions or accessories thereto, or replacements therefor.
