Equipment and Facilities means such equipment, facilities, databases, data processing services, software, and such other Intellectual Property, hardware, functions, real property, and services employed in the operation of a CMRS System.

Examples of Equipment and Facilities in a sentence

  • Customer shall not install any equipment or personal property (including QTS Provided Equipment and Facilities) in the Customer Space (including, without limitation, ramps, and aisles therein) that individually or in combination exceeds 1,250 lbs.

  • Lessee shall look solely to Seller for any and all claims and warranties relating to the Equipment and Facilities.

  • This Agreement and all other Fundamental Agreements executed by both Lessor and Lessee constitute the entire agreement between Lessor and Lessee relating to the leasing of the Equipment and Facilities, and supersede all prior agreements relating thereto, whether written or oral, and may not be amended or modified except in a writing signed by the parties hereto.

  • Lessor has no obligation to contest any such Taxes; however, Lessee may do so provided that: (a) Lessee does so in its own name and at its own expense; (b) the contest does not and will not result in any lien attaching to any Equipment and Facilities or otherwise jeopardize Lessor’s right to any Equipment and Facilities; and (c) Lessee indemnifies, defends, and holds harmless Lessor for all expenses (including legal fees and costs), liabilities and losses that Lessor incurs as a result of any such contest.

Related to Equipment and Facilities

  • Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.

Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.

  • Licensed facility means a facility licensed by the department under section 137 or an adult foster care facility.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Existing Facility means a facility in existence on any given date, newly constructed or altered.
