Equipment Agreement Supplement means an Equipment Agreement Supplement substantially in the form attached to the Original Equipment Agreement as Exhibit B, which, prior to the Restructuring Date, was executed by Original Obligee and Obligor with respect to each Item of Equipment as provided in Section 4 of the Original Equipment Agreement and was consented thereto by Original Lender, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time.

  • The Member, Beneficiary, or spouse may revoke the election made (or make a new election) at any time and any number of times during the election period.

  • Obligor agrees that it will not execute an Equipment Agreement Supplement regarding such item of equipment unless and until the same shall have been inspected by Obligor and Obligor shall have determined that the same is in good working order and condition, it being understood, however, that nothing herein is intended to relieve or decrease in any way the responsibility of the manufacturer or vendor of any item of equipment for any warranties with respect to such equipment.
