Equal or lesser value means that the amount of the full cash value of a replacement dwelling does not exceed one of the following:

  • Total organic carbon or “TOC” means total organic carbon in mg/L measured using heat, oxygen, ultraviolet irradi- ation, chemical oxidants or combinations of these oxidants that convert organic carbon to carbon dioxide, rounded to 2 significant figures.

  • Five Percent Owner means an Employee who, with respect to a Participating Company, is described in section 423(b)(3) of the Code.

  • Initial Value has the meaning set forth in Section 1.76(a).

  • Initial Valuation Date means the Issue Date, provided that if such day is not an Exchange Business Day for a Share then the Initial Valuation Date for that Share will be the first succeeding day that is an Exchange Business Day, subject to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event.   • Ten Percent Owner means an employee who owns or is deemed to own (by reason of the attribution rules of Section 424(d) of the Code) more than 10 percent of the combined voting power of all classes of stock of the Company or any parent or subsidiary corporation.

  • Victim or target of Nazi persecution means any individual persecuted or targeted for persecution by

  • RI Value means, in respect of a Reference Item and a ST Valuation Date, (i) the RI Closing Value for such Reference Item in respect of such ST Valuation Date, divided by (ii) the relevant RI Initial Value (expressed as a percentage).
