EPC Contracts definition

EPC Contracts means, collectively, the Stage 2 EPC Contract, the Stage 3 EPC Contract and the Stage 4 EPC Contract.

EPC Contracts means any agreements entered into between the Owner and the Contractors (including but not limited to the EPC Contractor) for the coordination and/or completion of the engineering, design, construction, start-up, commissioning and testing up to handing over of the Plant, as amended, supplemented or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and including all subcontracts (of whatever tier) thereto.

EPC Contracts means the Vogtle Project and the Summer Project.

Examples of EPC Contracts in a sentence

• Other than Permitted Investments held in accordance with the Accounts Agreement for which the Borrower is a beneficiary, the Borrower does not have, and is not the beneficiary of, any bank account other than the Accounts and an account holding Escrowed Amounts (as defined in each of the EPC Contracts).

• All Performance Liquidated Damages and Delay Liquidated Damages due and payable as of the Term Conversion Date under the P1 EPC Contracts (other than any Performance Liquidated Damages or Delay Liquidated Damages that are subject to dispute or that are in any amount less than $5,000,000) shall have been deposited into the appropriate P1 Accounts or Common Accounts and applied as set forth in the P1 Accounts Agreement or the Common Accounts Agreement.

• D1.3 Provision of executed versions of all key Project documents previously provided as a Condition Precedent, including but not limited to supply agreements, EPC Contracts, Operational & Maintenance agreement, funding agreements with all debt and equity providers, and land access agreements.

• As of the date hereof, all conditions precedent to the obligations of the parties under the P1 EPC Contracts, the Initial Offtake Agreements, and each RG Facility Agreement that are required for the current stage of Development have been satisfied or waived.

More Definitions of EPC Contracts

EPC Contracts means the engineering, procurement and construction contracts to be entered into between the Project Companies and EPC Contractor with respect to the engineering, procurement and construction of each Project.
