EPC Agreements definition

EPC Agreements means this Agreement, the Phase 1 EPC Agreement, the Phase 2 EPC Agreement and the Phase 4 EPC Agreement, and “EPC Agreement” means any one of them. For the avoidance of doubt, “other EPC Agreement” means an EPC Agreement other than this Agreement.
EPC Agreements has the meaning assigned to such term in the OpCo Senior Credit Agreement.

EPC Agreements means the ARB EPC Agreement, the Gas Pipeline EPC Agreement, the Haldor Engineering Agreement and the H&H EPC Agreement.
