E&P Company definition

E&P Company means any business which is engaged in the business of exploring for, or developing or producing, crude oil or natural gas.
E&P Company or “E&P companies” means, individually, a crude oil and/or natural gas exploration and production company, or companies if more than one;
E&P Company shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of Private Placement.
