Environmental Trust definition

Environmental Trust means a trust that the Debtors may, at their option, establish for the exclusive benefit of the holders of Environmental Claims.
Environmental Trust means the Environmental Trust that is created pursuant to SectionVII of this Consent Decree and the Environmental Trust Agreement.
Environmental Trust has the meaning set forth in the Environmental Trust Agreement. “Environmental Trust Account” has the meaning set forth in the Environmental Trust Agreement.
